It is our mission that each educator who is part of our team is dedicated to providing training that is above and beyond what can be found anywhere else. All educators have completed the WWC Education nationally endorsed educator program and have demonstrated in-depth knowledge of children’s health and current recommendations. Each educator has is dedicated to continuously furthering their knowledge base by research and completing our compulsory professional development in safety, mental health, children’s development and childhood industry information.

Penny Gibson is a Masters qualified Mental Health Clinician with specific interests in relational intervention and neurobiological-informed practise. She utilises what we know about the brain and development to formulate an understand and to guide the process of attunement between adults an children. Penny is the director of Capacity and Consulting and is passionate about early intervention and prevention and wishes to equip all mums with the tools to support the social, emotional and behavioural needs of their children. Penny provides our CE’s the skills to recognise and refer where a family or child needs assistance or support. www.capacityconsulting.com.au
Andy Panes is the manager of NIFAT which is the largest professional development group for first aid training professionals in Australia. All WWC CE’s are active members and complete professional development in First Aid provided by NIFAT. Andy owns and operates a delegate RTO specialising in first aid education.
Our Community Educators are dedicated to providing affordable and accessible courses in their local communities. Sharing knowledge on First Aid and Safety with parents and carers and ensuring all members of the community can access vital information and promote safety prevention and awareness. WWC CE’s come from a range of backgrounds and are located Australia-wide.
INDUSTRY FIRST AID EDUCATORS
All of our Industry First Aid Educators are experienced and practiced in First Aid and have completed academic education in the health sector. In order to deliver accredited First Aid, our trainers are approved by our auspice RTO and must demonstrate in-depth knowledge of First Aid but also have the ability to educate in a fun and engaging manner.
