What is Family First Aid Community Education?
The Family First Aid community courses created and owned by WWC Education is a program developed to provide parents and carers with vital information in first aid, current childhood health recommendations and safety prevention education. It is a program designed to equip local community members with the skills to share important emergency information to their community and raise awareness of recognising what is and what is not an emergency, how to recognise deteriorating health in a child and basic first aid. All courses are run in a warm, family friendly environment. Family First Aid Content Covers; Introduction and Intended Learning Outcomes, Airway Management and CPR, Choking and Safe, Eating, Poisoning, Burns, Temperature Management, Febrile Convulsions, Anaphylaxis and Allergies, Rashes, Head Injuries.
